Tim’s Ford Lake Lodge

You finally get the group together. It feels good to gather around the big table, enjoy the living room with pool, games, and puzzles, and sit down by the lake under the covered pavilion.

We have had professional masterminds with 30 people at this lodge, that group rented 3 additional houses in the neighborhood. During the day people gathered around the dinning room tables, and when people were ready for bed they would go to their room, or other house.

This is … 7 Bedrooms Lodge has 4,900 square feet of living space, back porch and a large pavilion, 8″ Pool Table, two Full Kitchens with almost everything you need to enjoy a meal. Large dining room table and bar seating too. Two roomy family living areas.

Our lodge is created for your large group/family to enjoy life together in the heart of Tims Ford Lake, built to allow both gatherings and separation! When you first look at the front, it might seem small. Walk in the door to the foyer and feel comfortable as you see the kitchen, with three bedrooms to your sides. As you head towards the back of that floor to the large room you will find dining tables and a seating area. … bar seating … big screen HD 4K Smart TV … Pavilion down by the lake with a gas grill. Your kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and almost every implement you may need to create a great meal. Three bedrooms located on the entry level, one with a king bed, one with a single queen, and one with two queen beds.

The main floor you will enter is the second floor, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dinning room.

The floor above is has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a bathroom.

You can walk out of the basement towards the lake. This floor has a living room, bathroom, and bedroom with the bunkbeds … and a wetbar.

Current Bedrooms:

• Bunk – Lowest Level, only bedroom on this floor, direct access to a bathroom.
• Two Queen – Main floor – part of the Jack and Jill bathroom
• King – Main Floor – part of the Jack and Jill bathroom
• Single Queen – Main Floor – ensuite bathroom
• Two Queen – Upper Floor – this is the largest bedroom, with a walk-in closet.
• Sleeping Nook 1 & 2 – Upper Floor – this are rooms with no windows, and part of the ceiling that is sloped. We could put a Queen size bed in the room, yet space wise decided to just put a full size bed.

Current Beds:

• 1 King
• 5 Queens
• 2 Full/Double
• 1 bunk with full on bottom and twin on top.

The 4 Bathrooms

• 1 on lower floor with direct access from the living room and bedroom
• 2 on main floor (one ensuite, one Jack and Jill with the two other bedrooms)
• 1 on upper floor, next to main bedroom and living room.

This Lake Lodge allows you to get away.

It is cleaned by a professional company that pays the cleaners well.

In addition, the sheets and towels you use are taken off site and cleaned by professional, commercial, sheet and towel cleaners – helping provide a higher level of cleaning.

**READ ME** We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It’s peace of mind! 🙂 Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”. If for some unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel, you will be GLAD you did it, and won’t be upset with us. Be upset at yourself if you don’t get it! 🙂
